engine rebuild ??
I have a 351M, a couple of the bearings are toast, and the crankshaft may be damaged, not sure yet. Anyone know what it would cost be to have a shop rebuild it?
A prev owner told me it has already been rebuilt once, is there any sense in having it rebuilt again, or should I just junk it?

I depends on your priorities. If money matters, then take your engine apart, do a little bit of surgery on the bottom end, and then stick it back together. If it didn't burn any oil and ran good otherwise, then you will not need to rebuild the whole thing.
