Can't get started
I have a 1983 F-250 with a 351W and everytime i try to start it ,the spark plugs flood out. When i replace the plugs it wants to start but doesn't. The plugs end up getting flooded. I've replaced the distributor cap and rotor still nothing.
Please help I've been working on it for almost 3 weeks.

Take the aircleaner off after you try to start it, and look down the carb throat(you may have to pull the choke door out of the way). If you have fuel dripping down in the throat of the carb, then I suspect you have a piece of dirt stuck in the float needle of the carb, hanging it open. The fuel level goes way too high and just pours into the engine.
