I'd just use a piece of fuel hose with the proper I.D. to replace the MAP line. Cheap and easy.

Installed the IAH Delete plug with Boost Fitting today. On the the MAP line where it was T'd I used a brass barbed fitting to connect the line together, I was going to use a compression union fitting but ACE didn't have one small enough. I removed the red wire from the IAH with no problem but the black wire the nut would not come loose almost like it was stripped. I left it for now I just tucked it out of the way, it's not grounding anything so it should be fine. Took it for a test drive and my gauge works like a champ. Thanks for the help guys I really appreciate it. Next up Dp Tuner and BTS VB.

The Air Intake Heater (AIH) plug (available for the 99.5-2003 7.3L only) is a very easy way to get your boost gauge connected. They are also available capped for those planning on adding a gauge in the future.

The T-fitting included in the autometer gauges is designed for Dodge's only and not for Fords. For the Fords we have a brass piece that has the proper fitting for the MAP line.

Is there some type of cheap gauge that we could use to test boost pressure? My early '99 was hitting 25+ a few months ago after I got my chip, just noticed this morning that it was only getting to 15. I've got the cheap glow shift gauges and I'm just wondering if they're not accurate anymore. I just did my up pipes a couple weeks ago and cleaned my IC boots a couple months ago.
