spray-on taillight tint
anyone ever thought about painting their taillights. my excursion is all black and chrome. i saw that VHT has a taillight tint that sprays on like paint. looks black, but when you hit the brakes, or put the tail lights on, they light up through the tint. its like $9.00 a can.

jvoigt i didn't read the whole thread, however i just installed a set of those same tail lights with the red lens cover, and they are really cool. VERY bright at night... good light in the day too. Im sitting in Orlando airport but once i get home i will take some pics on monday.

I wish I could find some quality lens for my '94 F-150 in LED.
But I still have a few concerns.
1] No light's working on the side of the road and no RED to reflect in other drivers headlights.
2] I hate the Euro type lights. They just look so out of place on a older truck.
Like a BIG zit.
The lights should have a Black/Smoke tint to blend with the Black on my truck.

My Recon LED tailights shipped yesterday. I'll post pics and my impressions when I get them in (supposedly Satruday).
Also, I screwed up and went looking around eBay yesterday. Wouldn't you know it I found a good deal on a set of new Harley edition headlights, they should be here Monday or Tuesday

After that I don't have any more lights to smoke so I should be ok, or does someone make smoke fog lights, hmmmm.............

just installed Recon-smoked marker lights,smoked mirror lights and smoked led tail lights--they all look awsome!!!!! thanks Beerstalker for pointing me to Recon, they make some great products and very much worth the price in the long run(I hope).
