Oily coolant?

Oily coolant?
I just bought an F250 and noticed the coolant has a slightly oily texture. I have never owned a diesel before, so I have no idea why this would be. The coolant is not cloudy or a different colour. I thought (hoping) maybe the previous owner used some additive? Any thoughts? I'm worried something may be leaking in; is it possible diesel is leaking in from somewhere?

Two spots come to mind
Cracked Injector Cup - Diesel in coolant
Oil Cooler O'rings - Oil in coolant
Keep a close eye on it and see if the coolant level is rising or oil level dropping over the next few days to a week.
