I'd say you can't go wrong with any of your listed choices. Personally I don't intend to go back to gas now that I've tried a diesel truck. The 7.3 is my favorite truck engine so far. I wouldn't thumb my nose at the Cummins, though.
I'd have to go with the Jeep 4.0 for my all time fav, though. Excellent at what it was designed for, decent milage, ton of aftermarket support, and can rack up a ton of miles with minimal maintenance.
