i think the only other option you have is Doug Thorley...........i know banks have the thickest flange, and i belive the are one of the thicker tubes also!
i know the gibson/borla are thinner than banks...........and don't get me started on those e-bay headers (not a fan)! i love my banks headers! yea they are alittle louder but it's worth it for the added performance i think!

I've got the Thorley's and they put out less noise than the banks. They also have better low end power IMHO. I will be having the truck tuned to these new headers and granatelli COPs once I instal the COPs.
The banks are definately an improvement over factory though!
