04 Explorer entry code

04 Explorer entry code
My wife just bought an 04 Eddie Bauer Explorer 4wd w/4.6. The dealer had no idea of the entry code. I was told if I have the original code I can reprogram the pad. I contacted Ford they said it'd be on the computer. Problem is the computer is a little tough to access. Is this where it is or should I be looking elsewhere?

It should be on the security computer module located by the C-pillar on the passenger side.That link is the steps for an 02' but it should be the same.
I didn't get the code with my 02' either when I bought it but the Ford dealer hooked it up to the computer and gave me the code for free.It only took him a minute to do it.
