Since you said you have little need for off road and want quiet ride and good towing, skip the BFG All-Terrain and go directly to the BFG Commercial T/As. You can't beat them for price/peformance. They are quiet, ride nicely and are very stable. I just got my third set and love them. They compare very favorably to the Michelins at considerably less cost.
Incidentally, Yokohama and Toyo make excellent tires across the board.
