I had a Permatec, color coated on my 01 F150 and loved it, thinking about getting it again on my PSD? Anyone know the difference between them and Line-X? I paid almost 5 hundo back in 01 I know its much cheaper now, whats the going rate for Line-X?
I went looking for a sprayin liner and got a rhino lining here in trenton nj for a little over 4 hundred dollars. it looks great and the shop was really nice. i got the new hardliner since i haul bricks and stone alot. it holds up great
I got a quote today, for a Linex sprayed-in-place Liner in Salisbury Md. The quote was $480, and a coupon discount of $20 bucks, or $460 total for black. The bed is an 8 footer. Different colors are available, for extra charge, between $100 & $200 additional....I am thinking of adding the Arizona Beige liner, to my black truck to match the cab interior......Any comments?

Rhino Linings has a nationwide warranty, so if your dealer folds you are NOT s.o.l., You want to ask "how many spray jobs have the sprayer done?" These things are done by hand, so the more liners he has done , the better. Rhino has been around longer then linex and has more products i think. they sold me some stuff that brought the shine and color back quickly too.
Anybody have any Line-X warranty work done? I have a few holes in mine caused by me of course. Just wondering how you were treated and how the patch work looks?
LINE-X (formally called Burton Corporaton) was in business before Rhino. Burton Corp produced several polyurethane elastomers. Rhino came out with a spray-on bedliner product first. But, two years later, BC started LINE-X and was the first to produce a heat/high pressure bedliner product.
I don't know how many products Rhino currently has, but LINE-X has about 20 including Paxcon, which has been applied to portions of the Pentagon, US nuclear subs, etc. More info at www.paxcon.com
It's my understanding that Rhino dealers must pay into a "pot" if they want to be included in the warranty program. They can also opt out of the warranty program. So, you might want to check to see if your Rhino dealer participates. All LINE-X dealers are included in the nationwide limited lifetime warranty.
You must be a LineX dealer. All I know is, my Rhino Dealer treated me super and did a great liner for me. The local linex store never returned my phone calls
