could someone point me in the right direction and or give some advice?...i have an 05 e450 that has been giving me problems since day 1 with the aftermarket body...the problem is that i have a hard time to drive the truck 4hrs to the manufacturer to get the problems resolved...when it was new i took it back and they told me it was normal and should get better when the door shocks and weather striping breaks in...long story short it has gotten worse to where the doors would not open at all and timing i didnt try to get it resolved until recently...i spent the whole day to have them change the locks only to have the same problem...when i contacted them they said they should have never fixed it bc the locks r only covered for 1yr...apparently if i can find my warranty in the fine print the important stuff is only 1yr not 5yrs like everything on their website says...as far as lemon law i have know idea how it applies to a business vehicle, over 8k gvw, etc...help
Hopefully you have everything documented!!!! I would start at the DMV in your state to find out about the lemon laws in your State. You could also go thru the BBB to get some answers.
