Just look for a small black sensor, with a wiring connector and two small hoses going to it (from the exhaust). This is your EGR sensor, technically called the "DPFE - Differential Pressure Feedback Exhaust" sensor.

from the front of your truck. look between the brake master cylender/booster and your engine. you should see a black rectangle with some wires running out of it and two hoses coming out of the bottom of it. thats your winner.
