today at school this kid was saying how his excursion had a v12 becuase we where going to play tug a war with our trucks i have a 7.3 f-350 dually diesel and he was saying that his v12 was going to pull my truck but i asked him if he meant v10 but he said no but i still beat him
but yea my question is does the excursoin come with a v12
The Excursion never came with a v-12? haha . If it did that would be one meaty gasoline engine. He seems pretty gullable! Tell him its a 6.8L v-10, then see what he says.Did you really play tug of war? If you did do you got any videos?
HAhaha.... A x versus a 1 ton dually.... You would take him. He is a moron for thinking other wise. Apparently he doesn’t know that pulling contests are more about traction then power because once your tires start spinning it wont matter if you engine can put out 1000 HP for it will never reach the ground. And the X has the ability to smoke the tires in 4x4 low as does your 1 tonner. So it’s a game of traction more then power….

Just to let everyone know this is incorrect. No Excursion ever rolled off the factory assembly line with a V12 engine.
