I know this is covered alot but can anyone tell me what all year harnesses are the same? At least the dash harness? Are Bigger trucks the same? such as a 600? Does it make a difference if mine is a custom cab with the sweep spedo and the 4 guages? thanks
I belive this question would best to be answered by Number Dummy since he knows all the interchanges with his experiance and books. However if I had to guess, any 65-66 F series with the same gauage set up as yours will interchange. The larger trucks will have more wires out side the cab since they have more area to cover. You can also route your own wires for the guages if you can't find the right one with the help of a wiring schematic though.

1965/66 F100/250 with the Deluxe Instrument Cluster uses the same main wiring loom. The loom runs from the dash to the engine compartment.
Note: The Deluxe F100/250 cluster with sweep speedo and gas/temp guages is nearly identical to the one used on 1965 Falcons. Only the graphics of the faces of the guages and speedometer are different. The Falcon chromed plastic cluster is slightly different in appearance, too.
F350's were not offered with deluxe clusters. (no wiring harness listed)
