will not start

I have a new 2005 f350. Just got it off the lot 30 days ago. Iused it this morning and proceeded hoohinf to my goose neck trailer. It had a few wiring problems so I had to leave the flashers etc running for some time with the truck off. I went back to start the truck and nothing. Not even a grunt. THe dash lights came on but soon went out.

Will these trucks not even try to start if the voltage is too low?

I am going to have the baterries tested. Someone said they can go suddenly. I do not understand not even trying unless that is a safety feature.

If the batteries check out ok could it be a rely?

Turn the headlights on. If they are bright for 5 mins then the batts are fine. If not they are low. If you got it off the lot new, the batteries are prob junk cause the Lot let them die too many times while sitting there since sept 04..

Bring it back. Aren't batteries covered under the warranty?

Ford Came and hauled the truck in. It was a wire not making good connection in the fuse block. Said it wasn't inserted correctly at the factory. Truck runs great now.
