Fun in the winter!!

Usually this time of year at least in the north it is fridged and frustrating, what with the feet of white road impedment and actic blasts and as usuall everyone i know is complaining of cabin fever. So my brother and i decided to find a cure and hey since were truck owners we figured why not go offroading in the snow? Turned out to be the perfect solution instead of complaining about it we drove in to it at full force. we meaning myself and brother(04 ranger) our buddy (98 f150) and his buddy (95 f150). We even found the perfect spot an old abanded coal mine stip job. 10 foot tall hills decending into deep valleys and 40 foot long declines covered with 2 feet of snow was the perfect way to put our trucks and ourselves (mostly daring each other to go further off road or deeper in the snow) to the test. It was the most fun weve had in a long time, so instead of being couped up in your home worrying how much snow youll have to clean off of your truck in the mourning find some time to actully use the 4wheel drive and get your blood pumping. A note a caution you should go with one or more frineds who can help get you out if you get stuck. 1am, 11below and one hour in the snow pushing your buddy out can kinda suck. so go properly equiped.and have fun.
