I use motocraft and have been very happy with it. My truck 100k on it with no problems. I get them at Wally world for about $10.00. I do believe there is a few threads out there that talk about it. When you think about it, it just comes down to how much money you want to spend. I am sure that you are going to get alot of opinions on this.

that is a great website1 i didnt read through ALL of his finding, but read most of it. If all the different applications of filters folllow the design of the filter for the 5.0, then there are a lot of shortcomings in many of the manufactures that are very popular!! as for me i have always used OEM filters and Wix filters as well as the occasional "i'll try this one this time" filters like the K&N, Mobil1, etc... I am happy to say that i have never used a fram filter or any of its "clones"!
Thanks agian for sharing that website, tip of the hat to the guy who took the time and spent the money to do the testing!!!
