Maybe all you need are new hinge pins and bushings?
You can get repair kits in the "HELP" section of auto parts stores. They're made by Dorman and include the pin and brass bushings. Easy to install with the help of a jack to lift the door up.
There's a good possibility that used hinges would be worn out too. These kits will rebuild a hinge to like new condition.....
Fits all 1973/1979 F100/350's. Maybe one of our sponsors like y2kfordparts or Blue Oval can get them.
If you remove the doors..don't forget to mark where they attach to the hinges, and where hinges attach to the body. Otherwise you'll coin a few new cuss words when trying to rehang 'em.
Never remove doors unless truck is on the ground, otherwise you'll discover more new cuss words. Hanging doors on anything can be a b!tch!

I had to rebuild my hinges on my 75, they were pretty loose, so i used a set of Pins and bushings from a S10, had to drill the bottom hole slightly for the bushing, but other than that, works great. Cheap too!
I know that our trucks generally use 73-79 specific parts. There's not too many running around in the junkyards locally though. There is however alot of 80-89's being scrapped. I think my hinges are too far gone to just need bushings and pins. I'll have to scout around a little harder I guess. Thanks for the replies.
