Coin Tray Thingy!
Alright, I have read all the threads involved with the coin tray issue. Many people have looked into making it an IPOD holder, or place another charger outlet there since the wires already exist behid it anyway. I have been thinking of putting a small tweeter there. I even thought of pulling the other outlet and putting the other tweeter there. So, my question to you guys is: Has anybody put a tweeter in there yet?? If you guys do have it set up this way, any pics? What kind of bezel would I need, or is this something custom made you think? Let me know! Thanks!

A single tweeter is not going to help in the stereo effect. Higher frequencies is what gives you the serperation and realism, so a single tweeter in the dash may even ruin your sound. Put a transmission temp gauge in it some other gauge and put two tweeters in the doors or door pillars.

Here's my thought:
I was looking at a speaker combo set for my truck 2006 SCREW, the set came with 4 speakers. 2 6x8's and then 2 more little tweeters. So, I will have a total of 4 door speakers and 4 tweeters. I was going to put two tweeters in the rear somewhere and the other two I was going to put in the coin tray thingy with the other going on the other side where the electrical outlet is. Total of eight mids and tweets with a single woofer, four channel amp, etc.....
What do you guys think? To much tweet right at your face?
