I'm not sure if I have a Mid Fifty catalog or not, I'll go poke through my stack. I'd be curious to see a pic of it.
$150 sounds pretty steep.

The next time I go to the wrecking yard I might try and pick up one of the "clock spring" doo-dads to mess with

Bobby If you do pick up a clock spring doo-dad at a wrecking yard by all means keep us posted when you come up with the answer. Think positive. It`s not to late to become a multi millionaire. Gusso

At $150 a shot..someone is becoming one. Keep us updated Bobby. I wish they had a decent pic in the catalog. Then again, it would be so simple that everyone would make their own.

gusso,

Have you seen the pics of my truck? I'm no millionaire. Although I did start on my second million (I heard that the first million was the hardest to get so I gave up on it and am trying the second) so far its proving to be just as hard.

I tried going to the Mid fifty website and searching by the part # Brian provided, but havent had any luck yet. This funny thing called work keeps getting in my way

You know, we might be over-engineering this whole thing.

How hard would it be to mount an existing horn contact slip ring from a late model steering column to the lowerpart of the Ford column after its been cut down for the toyo swap. Then you could rig up a brush holder that is fixed to the outer diameter of the steering column. Yes, the whole mess would be exposed to the elements but under normal conditions it shouldn't be too bad. Parts are readily available and cheap.
