How hard would it be to mount an existing horn contact slip ring from a late model steering column to the lowerpart of the Ford column after its been cut down for the toyo swap. Then you could rig up a brush holder that is fixed to the outer diameter of the steering column. Yes, the whole mess would be exposed to the elements but under normal conditions it shouldn't be too bad. Parts are readily available and cheap.
