JBA's been making good quality headers and others for years now. They were one of the first on the scene with shorty headers for 5.0's back in the 80's. I've known many with JBA shorties on their 5.0's that were happy with the quality of the parts.
Ford Performance magazine just ran an article with the JBA firecone shorties and a cat back on a 5.4 F150. Gains were like 25 hp and a bit more on the torque side (don't remember the numbers).
Banks also is a good quality part too. Not sure if they yeild the same results or not, but I'm sure some internet searching or contacting Banks directly might yeild some dyno data.
Do you really gain enough from headers to justify the crazy money vendors want these days?
