If it were me, and I know much more about mustangs than boosted trucks, I wouldn't go to the double digit boost just yet. Wait until you forge everything and then crank it, no sense in blowing everything up early.
If I get no know or detonation at 10.5psi with a good tune..amd the tuner sais its looks good ill take the risk for all my fellow truck v6 brothers...if not ill run 8-9psi
When you said you took it to the "shop", what's the shop name? Did they do a good job? I want to do my 460 and I need a good place to take it to. Please let me know.
The engine has powdered rods and possibly hypereutectic pistons, so I wouldn't get to crazy with the boost until I know for sure. Also, I hope that what looks to be a welder ground is just hangin there, and not actually using the blower housing for a ground reference. jd
