I'd be surprised if they would fit, but then I have never worked on the internals of my 460.
The 351C and the 460 are very different engine families. If I recall the valves on a 351C are huge. So maybe they are huge enough for a 460? Not sure about diameter of the stem or length.
One way to find out is look the parts up on summit and compare the valve differences. If I remember right the 351C valves are too short to fit the 460 head castings.
Stock the 351C 2V, and the 429/460 use the same exact valves, the 351C 4V and the CJ/SCJ use the same valves. you can cut the standard 429/460 heads to use the bigger CJ valve sizes so no a problem, you will just have to pocket port the heads to clean up the port after cutting, and I recommend putting in hardened exhaust seats because when you cut the heads for the bigger valves you cut out the induction hardened seats done at the factory.
