Search for GT-40 intake manifolds--that's what the lightning used, and they are available in 302 versions. If you don't mind used, the 5.0 explorers used a cast aluminum version of the GT40 intake manifold. It would probably be the cheapest route to get a GT40 intake manifold. It's not completely plug and play, but it shouldn't be too difficult to make work.
does any know who sells a brand new efi upper and lower intake for a f-150 lighting and would it fit a 302
The Lightning is a 351 so no.. it won't fit on a 302. The lightning intake is a GT40, which is a car style short runner intake. As mentioned the Explorer also used a 5.0 version of this, as did the 5.0 Cobra mustangs. FMS has these available in their catalog, and if you go to the Summit website or on the WWW and search for '5.0 EFI intakes" you'll find many, many 5.0 intakes from different manufacturers including Holley, Edelbrock, Trick Flow, and others.
The only truck intake system in the aftermarket to fit the truck throttle body is the Edelbrock. There are tons of 5.0 intakes but only Edelbrock makes one that works with the truck throttle body. Kenne Bell also makes one but it has the supercharger built into it.
If you go with another aftermarket intake system you will loose the dual throttle body setup. The runner lengths are different because the Mustangs are not as heavy as the trucks so they don't need as much grunt to get off the line. The stock throttle body size on Mustangs is a 55mm so you will cut the throttle body size nearly in half. Not the greatest choice in my book. Edelbrock/BBK offer a dual 61mm throttle body that you can upgrade to as well.
