Does anyone sell motor mounts to put a 302 into a 1960 Ford 150? The truck currently has a 223 with a 3 speed auto. I want to add a 302 and c4. Any suggestions?

advanceadapters.com has the parts you need to do this

 

JC Whitney automotive has engine and tranny adapters also. Probably not as good of quality as above but probably less expensive.

 

I have a 351w and c-4 I want to swap into a 1960 f-100, a 351w has the same bellhousing as a 302 right? Anyways you say that advance adapters has the mounts or JC whitney has them for such a swap?

www.jcwhitney.com and get a copy of their catalog. i think it runs about 75 bucks for a engine mount.

I would think you should not have much trouble finding the new mounts for the engine and/or tranny. Performance Automotive Warehouse has both in thier catalog. www.pawinc.com

Also Petersen's Custom Classic Trucks Oct 1999 issue has 1999 Catalog Request form for numerous catalogs. You should be able find what you need.

The 351w is just a tab wider and taller than a 302 but it should not be a problem. Good Luck, Doc
