Ford Sues Navistar

Ford and Navistar are not getting along real well.

thats the beauty of not building the engine yourself. outsource it and when warranty claims rise, sue the builder......lol , it sounds understandable to me . hey if they won't pony up drop them for cat or cummins.

Of course merely being on Ford's payroll these days does not bring the feeling of security it once did, so this is a little job security for the legal department while they try to "walmart" Navistar.
