Need Some More Help

Alright I have 1993 ford f250 non turbo, awhile back it stopped working and would not even turn on, we just recently put in a new injector pump and the truck started up. Know the truck doesnt want to start it turns on for a sec then cuts off and then i have to crank the ignition twice for a good couple of seconds each and the trucks finally starts. I have replaced the fuel filter, air filter, glow plugs, some hoses, and even added some stuff to clean the fuel injectors. Can someone please give me some suggestions. i think there might be air getting into the fuel filter. i just need some suggestion on what to look at.
Thanks

you say you put a new injector pump on. did you remove the steel lines to the injectors when you did the pump, and if so, did you put new return lines on it?? it sounds like you have an air leak in the return circuit, letting the fuel filter to drain back to the tank when it sits over night.
