I'm working on my father-in-law's 92 F150 4x4 and the problem is the engine will not start and the fuel pumps(duel tanks) will not work. I can jump a hot wire at the fuel pump relay and the pumps will run great(the relay is OK too) but i still don't get any spark to the plugs. So i was wondering if the oil pressure safety switch would have any thing to do with this or what could the problem be?
However It seems they do inhabit this site and are quick to correct us lame-os so i'll give them some bait and hopefully they can help you more than I.
Does it turn at all?
If not try the easy/cheap things with ignition first
try a start in neutral (if automatic)
replace the 10$ fender solenoid
If it is turning, it would likely be a another switch/relay/fuze/fuzeable link in your circuit that would kill both fuel pump power and spark. I'm sure there is probably more than one (not sure about oil pressure safety).
Not sure where the ECU relay (relay that prior to the computer) is in your circuit, but I think I've read where it was culprit in a similar problem a while back.
That should be enough to get one of elctrical whizzes out there to tell you why it couldn't be that and lead you to the real fix

The fuel pumps will only come one for one second when you first turn on the key.
It sounds like your problem is the TFI module or the pickup device (Hall Effect Switch) in the distributor.
In some cases it could also be the Ignition coil.
The above is true if you have power on the POS (+, BATT) terminal of the ignition coil with the key on.
