POL orders
I just received my crossmember from Performance on line.Got the crossmember but not the ends that bolt to frame.Also only got half the bolts.Has anyone had a problem with em or is this just a rare thing.

Was the shipping box damaged? Could the parts have fallen out along the way? Have you tried contacting them first? May be a simple mistake, you might want to give them the benefit of the doubt and a chance to make it right before questioning their integrity on a public forum?
On the other hand if you find they are sending out returned items without checking the completness of the contents or they don't immediately make you "whole" then blast away!

The box was intact.They are suppose to be sending me the remander of my purchase.I think I asked if it was a rare thing.Just dont want to order again if its the norm.Figured you folks would know.
