Hi,
According to the shop manual, all are adjustable.
For F-100, F-250- conventional steering - 2 wheel drive:
Caster = 3 degrees
Camber = 1 degree, with variation between wheels of 1/4 degree
Toe in (inches) = 1/16"
King pin incline = 4 degrees
Camber can be adjusted by bending or straightening the front axle. There is a special tool required for this. If you need further info or a picture of the tool, please let me know.

Yeah, two things actually:
1. Who's buried in Grant's Tomb?; and
2. When WAS the War of 1812?
Thanks Kenny, I wait with baited breath for answers to these awe-inspiring cunundrums....
