Remove the screws holding on the black cover panel that goes from the right side of the radio and heater controls over to the left of the headlight switch. remove the **** from the wiper switch and pull on the headlights. If you still can't reach it, there is a mushroom head button on the rear section of the headlight switch,it is usually on the top, side or bottom, not on the very back of the switch. Push it down and the headlight switch shaft will come on out and you can completely remove the panel and reach the signal blinker.
