Hey Sheldon. Sorry to take so long to reply. Cloverdale is legally a part of Surrey, but an identity of its own. It goes from 168th Street east to 195th Street, from the border to Highway 1. Downtown Cloverdale is 176th and Highway 10. Cloverdale Fairgrounds are between 176th and 180th Streets, and 60th and 64th Avenues. Most commonly however, Cloverdale is usually considered 176th to 184th, from Highway 10 to Fraser Highway. That puts it smack dab in the middle of Surrey.
To confuse things further, Port Kells, where I work, is north of Highway 1 to the river, between 176th and 200th, so it straddles Surrey and Langley. Not a lot of people know about it. Basically, just the people who work in the area know what it's called. Even some of my neighbours don't know where it is, even though it's only 8 kms away.
Have you seen that Honda commercial that's on tv recently? The one with all the downsized trucks? Look closely, you'll see a "Willard's Restaurant". That's in Port Kells on 96th.
Hey everyone.
Name is Bill. Live and have businesses in Abbotsford. Wife and four kids. Have a 2004 F-350 Lariat, super duty, 4x4, powerstroke turbo, crew cab, auto, leather, all the extras. Oh yeah, I just put on a matching toneau this week. My neighbor (a ford truck guy) says I have after market yokahamas, shocks and a high flow exhaust. I just got the truck a few months ago and this is my first one ton,4x4 and diesel. I've never had a truck this nice before so I'm really enjoying it.
A get-together sounds like a good plan to me. Lets see what we can get going.
