If I go, I was planning on wiping the stang down and taking her out for a spin, so when I get back I'll post some pics for sure.

Can't wait until Spring to fish some of the lakes here, though. Need to see if I packed my ice-fishing gear ...
If you head through the Penticton way should be clear sailing as far as Princeton. That's the way I traveled last week. Haven't had any snow for a few days so I would say the Hope-Princeton should be good. I will go to work tomorrow so it shouldn't snow. Every time I drive that highway in the winter all **** breaks loose. Last time through it took 3 1/2 hrs. from Hope.

Check the BC highway cam site out. There is a camera in Manning Park it should give you a little idea of what to expect as the highway is concerned.

To bad you weren't going through during the week. We could get together for a coffee or something. I work weekends so starting Friday my weekend is basically work/sleep for the weekend.

Thanks for the info, Zip.

I'll be going to Vancouver every six months or so. I usually stop in Princeton to stretch my legs, so I'll give you a heads up whenever I'm through on a weekday.

I have an idea. How about a thread that we make a sticky at the top of the BC Chapter fourm that members can post there town/city. This thread would be only for that. This way if you are traveling to a certain area and want to see if there are any members in the area it would be simple to scan through the thread to find the info.

This way it would be easy to send a pm and maybe hook up. I travel to the Penticton/Kelowna area as well as a few trips down to the coast.

Does this make any sense??. I just got off work and the clock now says 4:20 am.

Matter of fact I think I'll start one now. It will be titled My Location.

Ill see what I can do. The problem with a sticky like that, is unless the chapter is active and stays active, it kind of gets old information in it, then isnt usefull.
A new thread posted with a meet or whatnot is usually the best way to go, however, if you fellas would like a sticky, Ill do my best to get it for ya!

I just thought it would make it a little easier to find out a members location. It would save having to search through numerous threads for the info.

Don't worry about the sticky. I have a plan. Not a big plan, but a plan.

If your plan was the location thread, it works great!

The location thread was the first part. What I want to do is make a list from that then I will pm it to any chapter members that want it for their records.

With that list which I will try to keep updated if someone is travelling to a certain town they can check the list and see someone is there. Then if they like they can set up a coffee stop or something.

Hey Zip: You want to be careful here...I think you're about to be nominated as preppypyro's replacement as chapter leader, lol.
