Tow Hooks
I had a set of tow hooks given to me. There is nothing on the front of my 90 F-150 to put them on . Would you recommend i put them on the bumper? Or is there something else i need to get.

I definately would not put them on the bumper if you intend on using them to extract your truck or others. You will probably end up without a bumper.
I would only bolt them to the frame if I were you. Might have to cut an access hole in the plastic air dam below the bumper to allow you access to them.
