Tow Hooks
I have a 1992 Bronco and it does not have any tow hooks on it. I was looking to buy some and put them on, but I can't find a good place to mount them on the frame by the front bumper. So I was wondering how I could mount them on my truck? Has anyone else put tow hooks on a Bronco? If so how did you do it? Thanks in advance.

Don't know if an '89 is the same as a '92 but my frame at the front had a couple of holes already in it. They didn't line up with my tow hooks so I used one of the holes and drilled a new one to mount the hooks. Now, my Bronco ain't pretty and when I installed the tow hooks they bent the bottom lip if the bumper up a little. Hardly noticeable. Hope this helps.

the 89's frame is differant then the 92-96. the 92 -96 frame has a crumble zone but at the beginning of frame is flat. i have a 93 and i'm going to notch the front bumper by the frame and mount them to the flat spot the hooks will just pass the bumper.
