brake pedal

can any-one help i have a 77 f150 supercab that the brake pedal does not come back to the top on it's own, power brakes and a new master cylinder any idea's would be great ! thank's clarketec

will the brake come back up at all on its own? if it does try attaching a spring to the brake lever to where the steering wheel mounts to the dash area
