Just to confirm, you truck was hesitant to shift into 1st aat a light? and you bled the system and it fixed the problem?? because, i've been noticing mine getting harder and harder to get into first, and also 3rd is a little hesitant as well. I think i might try bleeding it.
As far as you front end shaking, it's most likely warped rotors. These Rangers are known for it. I have found, that you MUST torque the front wheels or they will warp. This is from personal experiance.
