96 f150 Ignition switch help

Truck will not turn off.It will start but when you turn it back to off position it move freely does not click like its suppose to.So I replaced the lock and key cylinder and it still does the same thing. So some type of linkage must have broke.I think it might be behind the lock and key switch but it does not look accessable. My haynes manual does not really break it down very good.Any help please.why wont it turn off.

Okay I figured it out.The pin that connects the cam rod to the actuator rod is gone both plastic rods are okay the pin that connects them is the only problem. So went to Ford bought a new cam and pin had to buy the whole cam to get pin.Anyways the new pin is pressed into the cam.So I want to replace whole part but cannot not figure out how to get the cam rod out and cannot figure out how to get the actuator rod out either. Can someone tell me how to get these to Rods out so I can fix it.
