Unfortunately, yes, I was sitting behind the wheel when it came over. I saw the crane operator run in front of my truck, yelling and screaming. Then I looked out the driver's door and saw it coming over. I dove for the floor and prayed! Luckily, I was parked in a depression, and the crane boom came down on the bank on the passenger side. So, I'm a lucky fellow! The crane guy pulled me out the passenger window, and we had a good laugh. Then we waited 6 hours for the boss to come get us, as we had just flattened our ride home.

I wish I had a nice 5-6k lbs RV to pull around :-(
The most I've ever pulled behind me was a 91 Jeep Cherokee that weighed 2800lbs without tires at the crusher. The most I've had in my bed was, I think, 1200 lbs (292 Ford/250 chevrolet/some other scrap). It was 1200-1300lbs. Overloads prevented any sagging.

Trailer is about 1800lbs empty, 10k capacity, and the 3500lbs or so on it then didn't budge it.
Most I've had in the bed of my old truck was 3300lbs, all scrap iron. The most I've towed on the trailer was an almost 5500lb Galaxie-
