Probably worth 300. - 500 around here (Northeast) Mileage on vehicle it came from makes the differfence. Also, while it is out, take the cover off and check gears and look for metal fatigue or bits and pieces when you wipe it out. Be sure to add the Limited slip additive when you refil it. You local dealer will have it. I just went through same process and not that hard a job if you have some help. Good luck.
