not sure what I will be cooking. Our big family get together was last week,so it will be just me and the kids at home. kids will open the presents from me and the x wife then it will be pretty much a normal day food wise after that

We nibble on Christmas Eve, and this year on Christmas Day as well (DW has to work) I made Swedish Meatballs that are simmering in gravy, some fresh shrimp, chips 'n dips, a variety of sweets that my wife has been making all week, eggnog (maybe with a lil somethin'). When we have time, I do a prime rib on the grill.

I variate with different Chirstmas traditional food.
England : Mashed Carrots & Turnips
Newfoundland: Mashed Potatoes (skin on) w/ Niblets corn
My own - Brussel Sprouts with Maple Syrup glaze and Roasted slivered almond
Turkey Roasted Breast down until almost done.then flipped over for getting crispy skin
My Own Stuffing below.
