I have been told that I make the best beer brats around. It's a long process but the end result is always the same, excellence.

I will post a few pics tomorrow while I am cooking them.

We nibble on Christmas Eve, and this year on Christmas Day as well (DW has to work) I made Swedish Meatballs that are simmering in gravy, some fresh shrimp, chips 'n dips, a variety of sweets that my wife has been making all week, eggnog (maybe with a lil somethin'). When we have time, I do a prime rib on the grill.

England : Mashed Carrots & Turnips

Newfoundland: Mashed Potatoes (skin on) w/ Niblets corn

My own - Brussel Sprouts with Maple Syrup glaze and Roasted slivered almond

Turkey Roasted Breast down until almost done.then flipped over for getting crispy skin
