This really is the Best Stuffing I have ever made.

It is best NOT placed in the Turkey though, I really don't care for the grease of the Turkey mixed in with this.
Bake It in a Pan Next to the Turkey Instead
Ingredients:
3/4 lb-sausage meat
5-celery stalks(chopped small)
3-onions(chopped)
2 -apples(peeled&chopped)
1-sweet red pepper(chopped)
2-cloves garlic(minced)
1tbsp-dried sage
2-tsp each thyme / oregano
16-cups multi-grain breadcrumbs
1/2 cup toasted walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup apple sauce
Directions:
Cook sausage over med.heat (5 min) until browned.
drain off fat>>Add celery,onions,apples,red pepper,
garlic,sage,oregano,thyme;
Cook over med.heat,stirring often for 10 min. or until
vegetables are tender,>.Place bread,walnuts,raisin's
in a large bowl ; Add sausage mixture and applesauce , tossing to mix
Bake in tinfoil beside turkey for about 25 min.
