2002 Explorer tilt wheel problem.
Hi. I have a 2002 Explorer XLS. Yesterday I noticed the tilt wheel doesn't lock in position. It was working fine a couple of days ago. It doesn't matter if the locking lever is locked or not, the column still goes up and down. Anyone know what might be causing this and if I might be able to repair it myself? Thanks.

Today the key wouldn't turn. I noticed the steering wheel was locked for the first time. After banging on it and trying to move the shifter it finally turned and started. This has to be something in the switch right???
