Ford_Six has been a big help in here and has taken the responsibility of Moderator for this forum. Pretty light duty here but it is where I actually started back when the forum was new. Give him a nice welcome!

Welcome Jared! This forum is my favorite. I check in at least twice a day. A guy can learn a lot here, there is a wealth of experience and knowledge found here. I do miss all the action this forum used to get when it was at the top of the index page. When they moved it down here it does not get near the exposure it once did.

I have to thank all you guys who take their time to run FTE. I appreciate it!

As your "new moderator initiation process" you need to arrive in NJ immediately after the new year, and provide six hours of quality flux-core mig welding. For me

That's right! Frederick saying stuff like "flux-core!" It is just shocking.

Oh, I prefer TIG as well, I just don't have a TIG machine handy. I have a flux-core MIG
