running lights

A friend has an 05 f250 PSD XLT. It has the same light switch I do on my 04 with the running lights. Anyone know if the wiring harness is all there to just add the lights and a relay?

If its there what does it take to make them work as run lights?

Thanks Hank

Yeah i believe everything should be in you truck. I have the lights already, but when i pulled my dash apart, i found i had all the wiring for the movable pedals, and the clip was even pluged into the blank cover in the dash.
