I have a cab from a 1955 F-100 available in Columbus, Ohio.
You can message me to discuss any details or question or e-mail truckbuff(No Email Addresses In Posts!).
If it's a stepside (which I believe ALL 53's were) then the rear fenders, in fact most or all of the box parts, are the same from '53 to '72. Makes it a whole lot easier to get parts from junkyards, huh?
Depending on where you are located, I may know of a cab available.I know the guy will sell it, not sure how great or not great it is, but you can find that out if you want.

Hey, you might have to do some extra measuring when you switch beds from a 1962 and up. I had a 56' and did just that, but when i pieced it all together, the rear fenders just didn't seem to sit right on the side of the bed. So I took some measurements and discovered that the newer fenders were mounted higher on the truck bed than on the 53-56. Just thought I'd let ya know.
