Donahoe Racing makes a 2.5" kit that comes with coils, alignment cams and shocks... high quality system. I plan on going with it sometime in the future.
I installed the 2 1/2 " spacers on top of the springs. I got them on E-bay for $90.00.
So far no problems. I also put 2" blocks in the rear. Sits almost level the back is 1" higher than the front. The ride is fine. I might get some alignmment cams to add a little more caster for better steering wheel return. So far my only issue is the track bar. I lowered it 1/2" to center the axle it helped but not enough to get it centered. Seems nobody sells a drop bracket for a 2" lift or Adj. track bar for 2005 and up SD. If anyone knows where I could get one of these let me know. I figure someone will come out with somthing soon.
The only thing I don't like about the Superlift kit is that you have to cut/modify the radius arms... Other than that it looks like the most complete leveling kit out.
I just added a DR 3" leveling kit with 315/75/16 BFG ATs and billstein 5100's all the way around. So far so good. There are some pictures in my gallery.
All this talk about coil springs.... I have an '03 F-350 and it has leaf springs up front. I looked a little bit online, Tuff Country has a 2.5" leveling set up. The extra springs are about $100 but the hardware kit is about $150. This one adds the new extra springs under the OEM leaf springs. I still have not decided about doing this yet. I'm thinking of getting a snow plow for my truck, the guy at one place said the OEM springs would be fine since the diesels come with the 6000# springs. The other reason is just for looks, again I've not yet decided on parting with $250 just for that.
If anyone has a leaf spring Super Duty that they've put a leveling kit on I'd like to hear what they have to say on this issue.
