Put some weight in the back of it, it'll level right out. 
That's why trucks sit higher in the back... You can buy longer front springs and that will do the trick too. Check Rancho, FabTech, RCD, ProComp, or any of the companies doing suspension lifts for Rangers.

Or you can use a coil spacer to lift the font, I'm using one on my 1991 f150 with no problems. You can find them on ebay. Heres a link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33585
It is a cheap and easy way to lift it. Installs in less than 1 hour.
