You won't find any "leveling kits" because they are a new thing for truck owners who treat them as passenger vehicles.

Removing a leaf from the rear springs will drop the back. If its a 4x4, adding a leaf to the front will raise it. Your local spring shop can probably help if that's what you want to do. The added front leaf may make the ride un-pleasant... and removing a rear will reduce load capacity.
Adding load leveling air bags to the rear can compensate for the missing leaf - inflate when loaded.
