Leveling Kit

Is there such thing as a leveling kit for our trucks?

I have a a 78 F150 Ranger 2WD

I can only seem to find 2inch lifts, but why buy a whole kit when i just want to level the front?

65-79 Ford F100/150 2WD Truck 3 inch lift

some food for thought! expensive, but worth it. you'll be able to run 33's.
